Frances Dowdy has been a professional portrait photographer since 1994. She is one of a small number to earn the distinction of Certified Professional Photographer through Professional Photographers of America. Her BFA in Art History and MEd in Special Education serve her well in a career that combines her passion for the arts with her gift for working with people of all ages.
